Why me......




Why me!!! Someone hit me up last night and figured it would be a good idea that I of all people write a blog. This person believes that people should see that even as a crossFit trainer we struggle with movements, just like the "normal CrossFitter". I'm not really a writer, but I thought I could give it a shot. Like most people in the crossfit world, we struggle on simple things. Well let's not say simple, but we struggle on the things we think we should be awesome at. So my current struggle is the handstand push-up...ugh it really gets me. I remember doing a WOD about a month ago, and in it was HSPU.....I normally grab a plyo box and modify them. OOOOOhhhh nooooo wait a second there......you are past the point of modifying HSPU........needless to say a 15min WOD took me over 20mins. First of all I couldn't get my feet to stay up on the wall, and then I could only go down maybe a cm if that!!!!!......so to all my people out there just keep trying they suck!!! at least for now!!!! A work in progress....if at first you don't succeed try try try again.....
